Monday and Wednesday* or Tuesday and Thursday*
U6/U7/U8 - 5:30PM-6:30PM
U9/U10 - 6:45PM-8:00PM

*Williamsburg ADP participants should have selected preferred training days. If you are not sure of what days you selected or you need to change your training days please email Paul Membrino (paul@valegacysoccer.com).
