Legacy Alumni - Corey Sindle - 1st Team All-American

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Senior Corey Sindle (Gloucester, Va./Gloucester) has earned his second All-America selection.

Honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Continental Tires, Sindle has been named one of the top 11 players in the country, as voted on by opposing coaches.

Representing the WildCats at the forward position, Sindle finished the 2013 campaign nationally ranked in goals and points, leading the ODAC in both categories.

He is the program's record-holder in both categories in a game, season and career.

This adds to Sindle's impressive resume, which includes being named the ODAC's Player of the Year and the VaSID All-State Player of the Year earlier this season.

In 2011, Sindle was named ODAC Player of the Year and was Randolph's first-ever All-America selection, slotted on the third team.

"I can't even begin to describe my feelings," Sindle said. "I just want to thank everyone for the support that has been given to me since the beginning of my time here at Randolph. Without their help and love, I would have never been able to grow and become the player I am today. It just shows all the hard work that the team and myself have put into the season."
