Virginia Legacy had three players selected to represent the state of Virginia on an International trip with Virginia ODP. Tamir Melvin, who is on our 2005 Wizards Green, will be with the 2005 Boys team. Destiny Dixon and Caitlyn Davis, who both compete on our 2004G CCL team, will be the 2004 Girls team. These teams are composed of some the best players in Virginia in their respective age groups. Our players will have the unique opportunity to travel to Portugal in April to train and compete against other top youth academics from around the world. The teams will be in the Lisbon and Algarve region and will be attending Champions League and Europe League Matches. We couldn’t be more excited for our players to experience the game Internationally and bring back their experiences to their Virginia Legacy family.
