Legacy Teams Perform Well Over The Weekend

We here at the Virginia Legacy would like to thank and congratulate all of the teams that competed over the weekend at the Capital Fall Classic in Richmond.  Twelve teams went into the weekend looking to bring home a metal and by the end of the weekend five had the chance.

Congratulations to the U10 EE Titans, U12 Wizards, U12 Phoenix, U13 Titans, and U15 Phoenix for advancing to the finals.  All five teams played hard fought matches but only but only two teams came away with victories.

The U15 Phoenix came away with their first metal of the season with a well played match against F.C. Richmond, defeating the Mystix 2-1. 

Scoring 15 goals and letting in only 7, the U12 Wizards coasted to victory in the final over Churchland Chelsea winning 3-0.

We would like to congratulate all Legacy teams that competed over the weekend and would like to wish, all of those competing in the upcoming Commonwealth Classic, good luck!
