Registration night will be Feb 17th from 5:00 - 9:00pm. Embassy Suites - Williamsburg - 3006 Mooretown Road, Williamsburg VA 23185

ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK IN ON FRIDAY EVENING. 

We will not allow any saturday morning registrations.

This is a USYSA/VYSA sanctioned tournament for club and tournament teams. Teams must be USYSA, USSF, FIFA, or US Club Soccer affiliated, in good standing with their state association, and players possess 2010-11 player passes. Teams affiliated with AYSO, SAY, US Club Soccer or Super Y League are also welcome. A maximum 5 USYSA carded guest players are allowed. Teams must be USYSA, USSF, FIFA affiliated, in good standing with their state association, and players possess 2010-11 player passes. You will need to bring your original roster plus 2 copies, 2010-11 player passes, and medical releases (do not need to be notarized).

Teams that are members of organizations of the United States Soccer Federation but not members of US Youth Soccer (such as AYSO, SAY, US Club Soccer or Super Y Leagues) DO NOT have to have a US Youth Soccer Application To Travel form (although that team's organization may require that the team have permission).  An approved team roster does need to be provided to tournament officials, along with current player passes from its organization.
