Williamsburg Cup 2011 Hotel Information

Out of town teams must book their rooms on the busy Labor Day Weekend through Hotel-Motel Association, the official hotel reservations service the 2011 Williamsburg Cup.

 IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGE - to accurately track hotel usage which determines the City of Wiliamsburg and James City County services support, to assist in housing out of town referees, and to help insure we are providing the best possible service, we are requiring ALL out of town teams to book through WHMA. You can call them directly at 800-211-7151.  The reason is simple.  WHMA provides a 24 hour cancellation policy on all rooms booked through them in the event that the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather. Also, WHMA is very easy to work with and is affiliated with 75 of the 80 hotels throughout Williamsburg.
