Legacy Tryout/Placement and Team Information

Information for the 2011/2012 Virginia Legacy Soccer Club is now posted.  How to apply for tryouts/placements, dates, fees and other information all will be listed.  If you have any questions please contact the soccer office at 757-253-VLSC (8572)or admin@valegacysoccer.com.

The Virginia Legacy East End program based out of Newport News will also be having tryouts this May. They will hold tryouts for U10 - U12 Boys and Girls teams. The East End plays under Legacy Umbrella and is directed by Steve Shaw, CNU men's soccer coach. Travel Teams are selected on a competitive basis. Positions on a team MUST be earned. Just because a player played on a team last year does NOT guarantee them a place for the 11/12 season. Trials are open to any player. All final decisions on team placement will be made by the Executive Director, Technical Director, Directors of Coaching of the Virginia Legacy Soccer Club in conjunction with individual team coaches.

The 3 Step Tryout/Placement Process:
1. Apply - Apply for Tryouts/Placements at the provided Link  ( No COST!!)

2. Accept - Once Tryouts/Placements are conducted you will be offered a position on a VLSC team and you will be provided with a team acceptance link to complete

3. Register - Attend a registration night to complete player passes, uniform fitting and other required paperwork for the 2009/2010 season.

There is no cost to attend tryouts or to apply for tryouts.  You must apply for tryouts before attending. Fees will be due at the registration night in June once a spot is accepted on a team. BELOW is the 2010/11 fee structure and event structure.

***If you are interested in our extended payment plan option, the total fee will be broken down into 8 equal payments beginning at registration in June and continue monthly payments through January 2011.  Please note that if you choose the extended payment plan, we require a credit card authorization on file, or direct withdrawal through a checking or savings account.  Please contact Tracy Trueblood, ADMIN@VALEGACYSOCCER.COM or call 757-253-8572 for more information.**
